Manage Subscription, Deleting, and Retrieving.

This page provides everything you need to know about managing your Kram Learning & Media account. Learn how to unsubscribe or stop payments, delete your account, and retrieve your learning progress later if you choose to return. We make it easy to come and go on your own terms.

Subscribing & Unsubscribing

Subscribing 
   Option 1:

  1. Within the app, try to use any feature that is not free
  2. A paywall will appear showing available plans
  3. Select your preferred plan and press Continue
  4. The App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) will handle the payment process

   Option 2:

  1. Log into the App with your credentials
  2. Tap the ☰ (burger menu)
  3. Select My Subscription
  4. Tap the Subscribe to Pro button
  5. The same paywall will appear; choose a plan and confirm
  6. The App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) will handle the payment process

Unsubscribing:

  1. Log into the App with your credentials
  2. Tap the ☰ (burger menu)
  3. Go to My Subscription
  4. Tap the Manage / Cancel in Store button
  5. This will open your active subscriptions in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
  6. Follow the store’s on-screen instructions to cancel or manage your subscription

Deleting your personal data

  1. Log into the Kram Korean app
  2. Open the menu (☰) in the top right corner
  3. Tap Profile
  4. Press the "Init Account Deletion" button
  5. Confirm the initial dialogue prompt
  6. Enter your credentials (email and password)
  7. Confirm one last time to complete the deletion

You will then be logged out automatically and receive a "retrieval token" to restore your learning progress. This is not tied to any personal information.

Subscriptions aren’t terminated when you delete your account.
If you have an active subscription, billing is managed by your app store and will continue until you cancel it. To stop future charges, cancel via:

Retrieving your progress

We delete all of your personal information, but retain your learning progress separately, as it’s not linked to your personal data. This allows you to return to the course later without starting from scratch.

  1. Register with a new email and confirm
  2. Log into your new account
  3. On the next page you will be asked for your username.
    There press the text "Do you have a Retrieval Token?"
  4. A textfield will appear where you can enter your retrieval token
  5. Press the "Confirm" to complete the retrieval

You will then be redirected to the home screen, and your device will automatically download your saved progress from our server.

If you previously deleted your account and no longer have your retrieval token, please check your email inbox. We always send the token via email at the time of account deletion.
